A few simple guidelines help us keep London PopUp Calendar accurate, useful and easy to browse.

01 WHAT WE LIST

What belongs on the calendar?

London PopUp Calendar is for events, pop-ups, launches, experiences and other temporary activities happening across London.

We're particularly interested in things people can discover, try, experience or visit for a limited time.

Food & Drink Pop-ups, tastings, launches, restaurant openings and food experiences.

Beauty & Fashion Product launches, pop-ups, samples and brand experiences.

Freebies & Giveaways Free products, samples, giveaways and limited-time offers.

Brand Experiences Activations, launches, temporary installations and interactive experiences.

02 BEFORE SUBMITTING

Give people the information they need.

Please make sure your event information is accurate and up to date before submitting it.

Include a clear name and description of what visitors can expect.

Accurate dates and times

Make sure the dates, opening times and schedules are correct.

Accurate location

Include the venue, area or locations where the event is taking place.

Useful images

Where possible, use a relevant image that represents the event or experience.

Original source

If the event is published elsewhere, include the official event or brand link.

KEEP IT ACCURATE

Things change.
Keep us updated.

If an event changes its date, time, location or availability after being listed, please write it in the comments.

If an event has been cancelled, contact us so we can update or remove the listing.

03 SUBMISSIONS

Submitting an event

Anyone can submit an event that they believe would be useful to the London PopUp Calendar community.

Submissions are reviewed before they appear publicly. We may edit information to improve clarity, correct formatting or make an event easier to understand.

Submitting an event does not guarantee that it will be published.

Please don't submit the same event repeatedly.

If you need to change an existing event, contact us rather than creating a duplicate listing.

04 COMMERCIAL EVENTS

Are you a brand or organiser?

We welcome events from brands, businesses and organisers, including free events and public activations.

If you're looking to actively promote your event, launch a campaign or reach more people across London, we'd love to hear from you.

05 NOT ACCEPTED

What we don't list

We may decline or remove submissions that don't fit the purpose of London PopUp Calendar.

Misleading information Events containing inaccurate, deceptive or intentionally misleading information.

Spam or duplicates Repeated submissions or content submitted primarily to spam the calendar.

Unavailable events Events that have already ended or are no longer available to the public.

Content unrelated to the calendar Content that isn't an event, experience, pop-up or relevant activity taking place in London.
